By accessing or using the Terapi.ka platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Terapi.ka reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes by email.
Terapi.ka is a cloud-based (SaaS) therapy practice management platform that provides appointment management, client records, invoicing, automated email notifications, online booking, and other business features for healthcare professionals and therapists.
To use the service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use Terapi.ka only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You may not use the service for illegal activities, sending unsolicited messages, attempting unauthorized access, or any action that could interfere with the platform's operation.
All content, software, design, and trademarks of the Terapi.ka platform are owned by the operator or its licensors. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. Terapi.ka does not claim any rights to your content other than those necessary to provide the service.
Terapi.ka processes personal data in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and applicable local legislation. Details about data processing, your rights, and our security measures can be found in our Privacy Policy. As a processor of your client data, we provide encryption, backups, and access controls.
Terapi.ka offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Subscription payments are charged monthly or annually through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not available for partially used periods.
Terapi.ka is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terapi.ka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or lost profits arising from the use of the service.
You can delete your account at any time through settings or by contacting us. Terapi.ka reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms. After account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
