I'm Tomaž Rems, a software developer and the creator of Terapi.ka. I built this platform based on my own experience as a therapy client – and the feedback from my therapist.
It all started with a wrongly created appointment in Google Calendar. After unnecessary calls and messages to reschedule, I thought to myself: this has to be easier. When I talked to my therapist about it, I realized she faced similar challenges every day – manually managing appointments, writing reminders, organizing client records. That's how the idea for Terapi.ka was born.
Your client data is encrypted with AES-256 encryption. The platform is fully GDPR compliant with two-factor authentication.
I design every feature to be intuitive and easy to use. No complicated setup or steep learning curve.
I've built the platform in 6 languages: Slovenian, English, German, Austrian German, Croatian, and Italian. I serve practitioners across 5 countries.

Terapi.ka is available to therapists in Slovenia, Germany, Austria, Italy, and Croatia. I've adapted the platform to local requirements including tax legislation and language.
